Responsibilities:
As a Virtual School Special Education Teacher, you will have the opportunity to:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of students with special needs.
Provide personalized instruction and support through engaging virtual classrooms, interactive activities, and customized learning plans.
Foster collaboration with general education teachers, parents, and stakeholders to ensure students' academic and social success.
Assess students' progress regularly and adapt instructional strategies accordingly to facilitate optimal learning outcomes.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
A valid Special Education teaching license in the state of Michigan.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in delivering specialized education services.
Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs tailored to individual student needs.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfort and proficiency in utilizing technology and virtual teaching platforms.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
