S tatus: Full-Time
Compensation: $15/hr plus bonus for each completed appointment. (OTE - 60K-90K)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Speak with potential customers who have requested a solar quote from Blue Raven Ask questions and collect information to make sure customers are qualified Build trust with potential customers, and create value in the appointment Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with a Blue Raven Solar expert and see a customized quote for their home Communicate clearly and effectively with other stakeholders at Blue Raven regarding appointments Send reminders and follow up tenaciously to make sure appointments take place Minimum Qualifications: Strong work ethic and willingness to take full ownership of responsibilities Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to connect with customers High level of confidence; ability to appear as the expert in the qualification process Pass a pre-employment criminal background check Blue Raven Solar: Blue Raven Solar has been named a top-20 workplace in America according to Glassdoor ( Founded in 2014, Blue Raven quickly expanded to become a national top-selling solar brand.
