The Role
As a Virtual Respiratory Representative based in the North Central region, you will play a critical role in our virtual sales team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Virtual Sales, your responsibilities will include crafting and implementing effective territory strategies, deeply understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets. You will engage primarily with healthcare practitioners, such as pulmonologists and nurse practitioners, using advanced digital tools to maintain strong relationships and ensure our innovative treatments reach those in need.
Key Responsibilities
Represent our respiratory products and services, expanding sales within your territory.
Build robust relationships not only with healthcare providers but also with office staff and other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
Employ a deep understanding of the disease states and the healthcare market to tailor interactions with healthcare professionals.
Maintain thorough knowledge of Patient Access Programs and Specialty Distribution Models.
Effectively use CRM tools and virtual communication technologies to enhance productivity and document interactions.
Collaborate across the team to align business strategies and share insights.
Manage virtual interactions professionally and efficiently, adapting content to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
Experience in virtual or telephonic sales environments preferred.
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and effectively launch new products.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
High level of self-motivation with a track record of achieving ambitious goals.
Compliant with all relevant legal, regulatory, and facility-specific requirements.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 16.00 19.00 Per Hour
