This position is responsible for developing strong and lasting relationships with high valued players through in bound and out bound communications and occasional face to face contact. The VIP Host provides a first-class gaming experience to VIP players through strong relationship management and communication. This role is responsible for identifying potential and current high valued players and analyzing their behaviors and activity in order to acquire and retain VIP players.Essential Responsibilities:Act as the personal VIP Host by building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP customers via various forms of contact.Provide VIP customers with an industry-leading customer service and gaming experience.Monitor VIP customer behaviors, interests, and ensure that customer expectations are met.Engage with VIP players, and at times other players including the chat room on site.Assist in the creation and execution of VIP Events.Work with VIP Team, Support Team and land-based casino Marketing Team to keep them informed about upcoming promotions and get their feedback on the response to customer communication and user journeys. Report to Group management on the outcome of feedback and make suggestions for future promotion or customer journey improvements.Analyze VIP and promotional KPIs and profitability and provide reports and comments to the Regional VIP Manager and Head of VIP Management.Work location will be primarily in the New Jersey office, but you will work in other locations from time to time, i.e. Any event locations with in assigned region.Other duties as necessary and/or assigned.Required Knowledge and Skills:The ability to be engaging, enthusiastic and personalUnderstanding of current direction of online casino/sportsbook VIP Programs.Ability to make best practice recommendations on our VIP program relative others.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience with high valued customersPrevious experience in a managerial role in the online gaming industry preferred but not requiredAbility to multi-task and work well under pressureExperience with computers, browsers and mobile devicesSelf-motivated, dedicated and very reliableGaming industry experience preferred
