We are excited to offer a stellar opportunity for a seasoned property management professional to join our team as the Vice President of Property Operations for the Washington region. This is a pivotal role aimed at driving the operational excellence and financial performance of a portfolio of multifamily properties, primarily located in Southwest Washington and the Portland Metro area. This position is ideal for individuals with a robust background in district management, looking for a significant growth opportunity in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategically manage and enhance the financial performance of a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties to optimize Net Operating Income (NOI), mitigate risks, and elevate resident satisfaction.
Lead and expand our property portfolio through strategic sales and acquisitions, aligning with our overarching objectives.
Craft and execute innovative leasing and marketing strategies tailored to the Southwest Washington market, drawing on recent experience.
Directly manage non-site managed properties and inspire a team of on-site Community Managers, promoting professional growth and development.
Champion brand awareness and marketing prowess in the Washington market, establishing our presence as a market leader.
Cultivate strong relationships with property owners, investors, and third-party entities, ensuring effective communication and reporting to senior leadership.
Adopt a hands-on approach to address urgent operational needs and support day-to-day property management activities.
Spearhead the recruitment and development of on-site staff in collaboration with Regional and Community Managers.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of comprehensive experience overseeing multifamily assets and leading property management and leasing teams, with a demonstrated track record of success.
In-depth knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and expense management essential for maintaining and operating properties.
Familiarity with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to property management and multifamily buildings in Washington, including landlord/tenant law.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.
Possession of a valid driver's license and insurance, with a willingness to travel between sites as needed.
