In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Provide expertise on liquidity policies, analytical research, data gathering, calculations, modeling and forecasting related to controlling the risks associated with assets, liabilities, liquidity funding, capital and IRR managementInterface with internal and external stakeholders and continue to build a broad range of knowledge spanning treasury, capital and asset and liability categories across the organization and its varied products/servicesEnhance and manage processes that quantify, review, and explain risk measurement insights for a diverse set of financial products across the firmProvide quantitative and qualitative risk analysis, including the use of risk modeling tools to estimate the liquidity risk of the firm's transactions and productsContribute to reports that provide clear and accurate analyses, identifying and tracking risksServe as a subject matter expert and advise junior professionalsEnsure proper controls on the quality and integrity of reports produced for senior management and ALM committee processesCultivate relationships with peers in the businesses, Risk Management, Finance and Corporate Treasury to ensure efficient collection of data/model inputsAnticipates changes in the regulatory environment and the business, conducts applicable research and makes recommendations for responding to emerging/changing regulatory requirements affecting ALM, Capital or Liquidity FundingTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is requiredDegree in math, engineering, statistics, finance, or economics preferredTreasury or liquidity management / risk expertise preferred7-10 years of total work experience preferredKnowledge of Liquidity regulatory reporting, including but not limited to: Regulation YY, Liquidity Stress Testing (LST), FR2052a, LCR & NSFR, RLAP, RLENExperience with liquidity stress testing, liquidity risk management, and/or asset-liability management within large complex financial organizations preferredStrong communication skills (written and verbal) in EnglishTeam player with positive attitude and strong work ethicStrong organizational skills, with high attention to detail and follow-throughExcellent technical documentation and verbal communication skills.(#Li-Hybrid)BNY Mellon is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
