We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Vice President of Sales specializing in IT solutions for the insurance industry. With over a decade of experience, our company is dedicated to providing innovative technology services to insurance companies across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the charge in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new clients within the insurance sector.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of our comprehensive portfolio of services, with a primary focus on software solutions and staffing.
Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and executives within target accounts.
Develop strategic account plans encompassing customer profiles, targeted initiatives, forecasts, and actionable insights.
Design and implement effective sales strategies utilizing diverse outreach methods and techniques.
Engage in industry events such as trade exhibitions, webinars, and presentations to attract and engage prospective clients.
Ensure accurate maintenance of customer and pipeline data in our Salesforce CRM system.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in selling software and professional services to diverse clientele.
Solid understanding of the insurance vertical and awareness of industry trends.
Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in communication, with the capability to adapt style across various audiences and cultures.
Skilled in aligning teams towards common objectives, showcasing strong people management abilities.
Minimum of 10 years' experience managing complex clients and sales cycles.
