About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Sales to spearhead its revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals, with a strong focus on direct sales efforts, prospecting, and closing deals to establish a robust sales foundation. Initially, the role will involve hands-on selling, including being a primary "hunter" for new business opportunities and building relationships with key clients. As the VP of Sales, you will also be expected to grow into the digital sales leader, utilizing online platforms and e-commerce strategies to maximize revenue and expand market reach.Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred), proven experience in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate will have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, experience in budgeting and fiscal management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities will also include team leadership and development, sales forecasting and reporting, cross-functional collaboration, performance management, budget oversight, market analysis, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The VP of Sales will be expected to lead the development and optimization of the company's CRM and sales pipeline system, and eventually, engage the entire business to increase revenue opportunities in the medium and long term.
