General Job Description: Position Summary: The Vice President of Human Resources ( VP of HR ) - Infrastructure will be a strategic partner to the executive team, responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that align with the company's overall business plan and strategic direction. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance. 
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the manufacturing sector. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and productive work environment, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee engagement. Compensation and Benefits: Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent. Training and Development: Identify and address employee development needs, implementing training programs that enhance skills and career progression. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace, implementing initiatives that foster a culture of respect and collaboration. Change Management: Lead HR initiatives that support organizational change and business transformation efforts.
Specific Qualifications: Qualifications: Education: Bachelor ' s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master ' s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Experience with HRIS and other HR software. Proven ability to drive HR initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
