Responsibilities
• Develop new programs, products, and services• Conduct research projects and collect resources on development finance• Lead CDFA's research and technical assistance projects• Teach courses at the CDFA Training Institute• Write research reports and review reports for accuracy• Assist with grant proposals and serve on national committees• Work with CDFA members and communities to improve development finance programs• Deliver technical presentations and represent CDFA when needed• Prepare visual presentations and assist with other duties as assigned• Significant travel required (10-12 trips per year)
Requirements
• 10+ years of development finance experience• Familiarity with development finance principles• Previous financing experience or employment with a development finance agency• Bachelor's degree required• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office• Technical expertise in writing, research, and surveying• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities• Great relationship-building and communication skills• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to initiatives
