This is what#LifeAtBNYMellonis all about. We're seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Client Implementations Manager join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid - In office 3 days a week, from home 2 days a week) In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:Leads a client onboarding/transitions/conversions area consisting of multiple teams. Sets departmental priorities and allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual plan. Develops and implements policies to ensure client satisfaction and leads key initiatives. Maintains familiarity with industry best practices and seeks opportunities to implement as appropriate. Manages the performance of assigned staff. Coaches and guides on project management. Participates in long-term or strategic planning for the client onboarding/transitions/conversions function designed to improve the overall client experience and improve team productivity and quality.Sets strategic priorities on initiatives designed to improve the client onboarding/transitions/conversions experience. Determines needed improvements through review and analysis of problems reported.Maintains relationships with senior business and sales leaders to report trends and needs. May provide forward-looking and strategic insight on client onboarding/transitions/conversions issues to drive future revenue growth.Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.Resolves the most complex issues or inquires from senior-level or key individuals at clients, as needed.Manages a client onboarding/transitions/conversions area through other managersResponsible for the achievement of area goals and objectives, talent management and supervision of team members. Area supports a variety of complex client accounts.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.10-15 years of total work experience and at least 3-5 years of management experience preferred.Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $81,000 and $100,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
