The Vice President - Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) provides vision, leadership, organizational direction, and management to the Region. Has accountability to ensure that all key constituency groups are aligned, achieving Strategic Operating Plan (SOP)and adhering to Aspirus' Pillars. Engaged in and accountable for leadership, operations and management of the functions assigned under the direction of the Regional President.
HOURS: Full Time, 1.0 FTE or 80 hours per pay period. Day Shift.
Experience/Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred. 10 years of progressive management experience that includes both hospital and/or ambulatory care preferred.
