Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead the accounting and finance departments.
Provide mentorship, training, and leadership to the accounting team.
Manage all financial matters including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
Supervise and enhance the skills of clerical staff through effective training.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with all statutory legislation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as a CFO or Vice President of Accounting, preferably within the restaurant industry.
A CPA or MBA is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring successful teams.
Ability to work on-site in our Salt Lake City office Monday through Friday.
