Responsibilities
• Process payments and update client accounts accurately• Facilitate client needs and assist with patient euthanasia• Alert appropriate departments and maintain waiting room• Facilitate referring veterinarian communication• Navigate incoming phone calls and perform administrative functions• Communicate effectively with team members and maintain professionalism• Work weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays• Provide a warm welcome to all clients and patients• Maintain cleanliness in waiting and exam rooms• Adapt behavior to conform to different situations
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year working in the veterinary field preferred• Customer service experience required• Must support diversity, collaboration, and empathy• Good interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment• Remain calm and efficient under pressure• Detail-oriented and reliable• Commitment to exceptional patient/client care• Must be able to stand for long periods of time• Professional, approachable, and positive outlook
