Job summary
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Repair vending machines in the field and maintaining their efficiency by performing preventative maintenance.
· Prep vending machines for install.
· Install machines on site at customers
· Train customers and employees on using the machines properly
· Train Industrial Supply employees on trouble shooting and assist them in diagnosing problems while they are on location.
· Perform installs as assigned and assist vending lead with other installs as needed.
· Perform tech support duties
Preferred Qualifications:
· Two years' experience in vending machine installs, repair and tech support.
Required Qualifications:
· Has technical aptitude and is willing to learn.
· Has transportation and willing to travel long distances when required and sometimes travel out of town and stay overnight.
· Two years' experience in providing world-class customer service experience
· Able to pass background test and drug screen.
· A US citizen and able to provide proof of citizenship.
Physical Requirements:
· Able to lift 50 lbs. regularly and sometimes more when needed including pushing and pulling heavy weight with ease.
· Able to travel to customer sites and perform install and repair tasks.
