We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Specialist to join our client's team. As a VDC Specialist, you will play a crucial role in integrating digital technologies into the construction process, optimizing project efficiency, and ensuring the successful implementation of Virtual Design and Construction methodologies.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes throughout the project lifecycle. Generate accurate 3D models and construction drawings using industry-standard software. Conduct clash detection analyses and collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve design conflicts. Utilize VDC technologies to enhance project visualization and communication. Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including models, drawings, and schedules. Provide training and support to project teams on VDC tools and processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in Virtual Design and Construction within the construction industry. Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of construction processes and workflows. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
