Your Role We are hiring a motivated Validation Engineer to join our team. The Validation Engineer will play a critical role in drafting, reviewing, and executing validation and commissioning protocols and documentation.
Draft, review, and develop comprehensive validation and commissioning protocols and reports. Execute validation and commissioning protocols for required equipment and systems.
Support risk assessment and impact analyses, identifying potential validation issues, and implementing efficient mitigation strategies.
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful validation project completion and project deliverable timeline alignment.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation throughout the validation lifecycle, including summary reports, protocols, master plans, SOPs, etc.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the CQV functions and teams.
Additional responsibilities as required. Requirements Bachelors degree in related engineering discipline.
3 years of experience writing and executing CQV documentation in the pharmaceutical/life science industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
Strong technical writing skills and proven experience writing and developing validation and commissioning protocols. Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot effectively.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
