Conducts distribution system flushing program.Performs hydrant flow test to monitor system flows and pressures.Replaces or installs water main facilities and equipment as required to maintain the distribution system.Qualifies as a Competent Person per OSHA guidelines. Attends company training or outside training classes as assigned.
