About you: You are a morning person and like to start your day before the sun rises. You plan ahead for weather and stay warm and dry by being prepared. You enjoy doing different things every day and are ok with an unpredictable schedule. You have a natural knack for understanding how things work and how to fix them. You are a quick mover and like to get things done efficiently. You understand the importance of meeting deadlines and commitments . You are willing to acknowledge your mistakes and learn from them. How You Will Make an Impact: Act as a backup to our Route Drivers, running routes when drivers are out and running special deliveries. Maintain working, well stocked, and clean vending machines, micro-markets, and/or coffee/water services on various routes. Enhance customer relations through professional and friendly customer service. Visit key accounts regularly and address customer needs and requests promptly and respond to customer complaints as they arise. Accurately record inventory information to relay back to the warehouse. Assist with new installations, machine moves, and removals. Troubleshoot issues with various coffee, water, and vending machines, coolers, freezers, credit card readers, kiosks, etc. Make simple repairs or submit a ticket to our Service team for more complex issues.
