Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionRole Summary/Purpose:US RetirementLead Analyst will provide analytical and operational support in the implementation ofUS Retirement Planpolicies and strategies for GE Vernova Corporate. ?This role collaborates withPeople Operations,Human Resources team members and business leaders to execute innovative, yet pragmatic, solutions for ourUSemployees.It is also importantforthis roletopartner with Legal, Finance and external advisors and vendors to maintain compliance of our retirement plans.Essential Responsibilities:Reporting totheExecutiveUS Retirement Plans, you will oversee opportunities and create solutions in the following areas ofUS Retirement Benefits:Act as the subject matter expert providing guidance onqualified and non-qualified defined benefit and defined contributionplansWorkcollaboratively withmultiple stakeholders including Legal,Communications,outsourced administrationpartners, People Ops and TR leadershipto deliverretirement benefitseducation, analysisand guidanceto People Leaders and EmployeesPartner closely with HR Business Partners on both operationsandstrategic decisions within their organizations as it relates to hiring, promotion,retirement,business dispositions,etcDevelop and enhance total rewards?reporting, analytics, and?insight, through the provision of high quality and accuratedataConductdataanalysis in preparation for union negotiations or other related requestsTrack and analyzeretirement plancost andpartner with People Ops to evaluatequality of vendor servicesSupport the?continuous improvement, including harmonization and optimization of total rewards policies, programs, processes, andpracticesPartner with TR leadership to conduct analysis of market trends, impact of legislation or regulations to maintain attractive, cost-efficient and compliant retirement benefitprogramsAnalyze participant claims and appeals process including coordination with People Operations and administration vendors to research historical data and communication ofresultsParticipate in strategic projects and participate in cross-functional HRprojectsWork on compliance projects and government filings for corporate and/or affiliate sponsored plansQualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeMinimum of 5 years ofexperience withretirementbenefitsOperationalexperience in an HR,Total Rewards, or Financerelated rolewith functional knowledge ofemployee benefitsconcepts, systems, and administrationPrior experiencewithcomplex analytical analyses/projectsDesired Characteristics:Strong oral and written communication skillsand ability toexplain complexconceptsAnalyticalabilityto transform data and trends into insights and strategies with keen attention todetailKnowledge of GE Retirement Benefits and practices, including historical knowledge of plan administration, and interaction of retirement plans and other benefits programsDemonstratedability towork with teams toanalyze and resolveproblemsAn agile learner and continuous improvement mindset,high proficiency in Excel,PowerPointand Word, SmartsheetFamiliarity with LEAN processes and continuous improvement methodsIf contracted in the US:The salary range for this position is 92.900,00 to 154.800,00 USD. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
