Title: US IT Recruiter Location: Remote [Candidate must reside in India] Experience: 4+ years in US Staffing specifically on W2. 1. Must have worked in US Staffing industry for minimum 4years on W2 roles. 2. Should be experience in hiring USC, GC, EADs on W2 3. US Recruitment process knowledge. 4. Should be willing to work in Night shift(7pm - 4.30pm IST).
Roles & Responsibilities: Creating new jobs and post them as per the company policy Source, screen and conduct due diligence. Consult with applicants to determine the best match for their desired position and available opportunities. Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to move candidates through the application process as well as other various technologies. Coordinate for scheduling interviews with the qualified candidates with the team. Participating in onboarding process. Flawless execution of high-volume transactions in alignment with standard operating procedures. Maintain database and creating pipelines Resolve candidate escalations including identifying and removing barriers. Maintain 100% confidentially with candidate's personal information and sensitive topics. Other works as assigned.
