URBN Procurement Inventory Control Coordinator (days) Location Reno, NV (North Valleys area) : The candidate should be a motivated team player with a good attitude and possess organizational and communication skills. Individuals should be able to function well in a multi-task environment with attention to detail, and willing to accept new and diverse assignments. Candidate must be able to work with all organizational levels including fellow-employees, customers, and management. In this position, you will manage resources and coordinate activities that meet or exceed supply needs as dictated by business. The inventory coordinator should bring unwavering professionalism and meticulous accuracy to the position and have exceptional math and observational skills. The inventory coordinator can expect to work closely with leaders, develop and improve existing procedures and SOP, and prevent losses. A successful inventory coordinator should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, a firm grasp of basic computer programs, and an ability to work both independently and in a team.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00am-2:30pm) D58
Primary Responsibilities Maintain a Safe, Organized, Clean and Secure environment. Equipment Operator Supports Inventory Counts Controls flow of equipment and supplies. Reports to management and advises on process improvements. Uphold loss mitigation processes and protocols. Partners with Purchaser to ensure inventory is within thresholds. Receive and process all supply shipments. BOL reconciliation General Inventory research. Pays close attention to detail and sustains productivity. Professional verbal and written communications Maintains clean and organized inventory locations. Maintains a positive attitude and flexibility. Monitor supply thresholds. All other duties assigned Purchasing Specialist/Procurement Manager Experience High school degree or GED required. 2-3 years related work experience preferred. Equipment Operator experience. Forklift/High Reach Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable Excellent organizational and efficiency skills Work well under pressure and time constraints. Ability to regularly lift and move up to 55 pounds. Skill Requirements Math proficiency High level of accuracy. Ability to navigate computer programs. Great written and verbal skills Excellent organizational skills Basic budget management Knowledge of how to use radio frequency equipment. Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Physical Demands Stand / walk for an extended time period. Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
