Universal Banker I

Regular Full-Time

Pike Road, AL

Responsibilities:

Serve customers by completing routine and complex teller transactions accurately and efficiently.

Open new accounts and maintenance existing accounts.

Proactively seek to deepen customer relationships by identifying needs and offering appropriate banking solutions.

Provide high quality customer service during every interaction.

Perform branch administration tasks and other support tasks as needed.

Job requires focus while multitasking. Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Should be professional, organized, and detail oriented.

Minimum qualifications include the following:

High School diploma

1-3 years banking or finance experience preferred

Strong interpersonal skills

Solid working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software

Pay rates for this opportunity will be based upon experience. A competitive benefits package is included.
