Summary/Objective This role assesses customer credit profiles in accordance with loan structure characteristics and will work alongside dealer partners to educate and put together loan decisions

Ensure that applications are underwritten in accordance with company guidelines Gathers and reviews all necessary underwriting information to determine the degree of risk involved and the proper premium for acceptable risks. Accepts risks that meet underwriting standards and declines those which do not Ability to understand and analyze contracts, titles, income tax data Evaluate automobile book values and applicant credit bureau information Other tasks as assigned Qualifications 1 + years of experience in credit underwriting or an Undergraduate College degree preferred Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate an outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships and establish trust among clients Excellent problem solver with ability to efficiently prioritize and multitask Ability to digest and apply information, learn new skills, and think critically Proficiency in navigating various computer software & programs, including MS Office and word processing programs Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment This role operates in a professional office environment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, with some Saturdays on rotation.
Travel No travel is expected for this position.
