We live out our values every day, striving to serve better and achieve more.The OpportunityLeverage your industry expertise and join our expanding team in thisUnderwritingTraineeopportunity.TheUnderwriterTrainee will learn to effectively evaluate risks and set premium pricing for all lines of business and transaction types found within the BMIC book of business, primarily composed of workers compensation, commercial package, business auto, and inland marine coverage for construction industry clients.The underwriter trainee will work through a training program composed of formal study as well as job shadowing with experienced underwriters to gain a solid fundamental understanding of BMIC's business and processes.The success of our company is rooted in teamwork, the way we care about the people we work with and serve.
