WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required Qualifications Experience: At least 1 year of experience working outside plant telecom or in underground construction Education: High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience Skills: Attention to detail, teamwork, initiative, communication, adaptability, consistency Abilities: Willingness to learn, handle tools and equipment, physical abilities like bending, squatting and lifting occasionally heavy material Travel Ability: Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record; you'll travel 80% of the time to complete projects at different sites
Preferred Qualifications Class A CDL (commercial driver's license) OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) certification
