Essential Duties Assist in plant start-up as instructed Perform quality control on finished products being tumbled removing any product not meeting quality standards Stack/sort product (concrete pavers) on elevated pallets Occasional manual stacking of product (concrete pavers) weighing up to 50 lbs Clean up designated area at end of shift Assist in other areas of plant as needed and directed by supervisor Physical/Environmental Conditions Extended periods of standing on concrete floor Subject to temperature variations based on season Subject to exposure to noise and dust Use of PPE to include safety shoes, hard hats, ear and eye protection Requires often lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, stooping, twisting, sitting, standing, climbing, reaching ability to safely climb stairs and ladders while maintaining 3 points of contact at all times; lifting and carrying up to 80 lbs What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs A diverse and inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
