Responsibilities
• Deliver SOLO to NY (No NYC) and VT• Service the Route, not the Truck• Fuel up trucks at all 800+ Maintenance Facilities• Load/unload freight if required by customer• Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines• Detecting and minimizing safety hazards• Maintaining accurate records and logs• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum 21 years of age• Pass a Ryder Drug Test• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check• Pass a DOT physical• Pass a Ryder road test• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements• Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle• Ability to follow instructions and apply laws, rules, regulations• Additional location-specific requirements may apply
