Job Title: Paralegal- Trials/Litigation Location: Hiring remotely across the US. Salary: $90k-135k + Overtime above 40 hrs

Due to our success and national growth, we are hiring an experienced Trial/Litigation Paralegal that has experience with either Complex Litigation, Class Action and/or Catastrophic cases. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we have opened up a new level of national growth here.

We value your time and make sure that you are properly compensated What we are looking for: 5+ years of paralegal experience, particularly within Trial and Litigations Experience within any of the following: Product Liability (ideally defense) Personal Injury (defense) Medical Malpractice Auto Negligence Ideally experience with different software, including but not limited to Relativity. Experience with Catastrophic cases and/or Class Actions Suits is very important for this position as well! What we are offering: $90k-130k (paid hourly) + OT PTO 401k w/ match Comprehensive Benefits Ability to be fully remote (minus 1-2 trips per year to travel for trials) Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
