Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor a team of treasury agents• Coach, mentor, and train staff as needed• Assign tasks and responsibilities to treasury teammates• Coordinate and distribute workload among treasury staff• Develop treasury work processes and ensure efficiency• Review and manage treasury team's work• Serve as the SME on all treasury products and services• Monitor and respond to urgent issues in the treasury team's inbox• Collaborate with Corporate Finance Management Team on treasury management projects• Monitor corporate bank balances and ensure sufficient funds• Recruit and hire for treasury agent positions• Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, and training for treasury agents• Report to manager on performance and training needs• Instill culture in line with company's core values• Test and troubleshoot digital products• Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or related field required• 3-5 years of previous experience in team leadership required• 5-7 years of Treasury administration preferred• Ability to develop and improve processes and procedures• Ability to stay calm under high workload• High attention to detail and accuracy• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills• Efficient time management and organization• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment• Excellent communication skills• Advanced knowledge of MS Office• Experience communicating with external third parties
