The Treasury CAO Business Execution Manager position is accountable for the creation and delivery of a strategy for engaging and managing Citi Treasury stakeholders, with a particular focus on Consent Order remediation. Stakeholders include Citi's Board of Directors, Executive Management Team, Board subcommittees and other key Treasury executive committees including the Asset and Liability Committee and Capital Committee. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for managing Treasury components of the Consent Order ACT (Accountability, Culture & Talent) and MBI ) Management of Board Interactions) workstreams. The position is accountable the Citigroup Treasurer, and will partner with Treasury Heads to understand and prepare internal bank-wide communications. In this capacity, the position will require significant experience managing Board-level deliverables to ensure messaging is clear and concise with appropriate escalations to executive-level stakeholders.The position reports to the Treasury Chief Administrative OfficerKey Responsibilities:Own the preparation and delivery of Board communications and materials on behalf of Citi TreasuryOwn the preparation and delivery of executive-level communications and materials, including agenda setting, for Board subcommittees and key Treasury executive committeesOwn the preparation and delivery of internal, bank-wide communications on behalf of the Citi Treasurer and other Treasury executives ensuring clear and consistent messagingOwn the Treasury responsibilities of the Consent Order ACT & MBI workstreamsManage team of direct reports and below with leadership, attention to detail, and empowerment to excelAdditional ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategy for existing and emerging communications channels to communicate with and engage employees across the organization including intranet, global town hall meetings, video production, and written materialsEnsure that all communications are consistent across channels and aligned closely with the firm's objectives, playing a key role in all crisis and issue communicationAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standardsExperiences & Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree Required; MBA in Business Administration preferred15+ years of experienceExpert knowledge of communications and increased responsibility for internal communications management, preferably in financial institution settingPrior experience in an executive facing role with demonstrated delivery of Board level work productsDemonstrated track record of conducting successful and proactive internal communications programsExceptional organizational and leadership capabilitiesExcellent partnership and influencing skillsThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
