Milwaukie, OR 97222 CorVel Corporation, a leading provider of health management and billing technology is seeking to add a Treasury Accounting Manager. This role supervises the operational treasury staff and reports to the Vice President, Treasury Services.
We are seeking a highly organized, process driven, energetic leader to manage a team of up to 4 supervisors and 25 individuals within the department. This position is responsible for the daily production accounting of our 1,000+ customers, which includes, but is not limited to financial & daily transaction tracking, Invoicing, banking, reconciliation, reporting, payment processing, and customer calls.
This is a hybrid role in our Milwaukie, OR office. Initial training will be fully in office.
Requirements: Strength in management of both people and process Ability to work in a fast paced production accounting environment with daily deadlines A natural multi-tasker along with attention to detail Experience creating and documenting processes within your team Amazing written and verbal skills to interact with our customers Proficient in Excel, Word, & Outlook Bachelor's degree preferred, not required Claims or carrier experience preferred, not required Responsibilities include: Supervising a growing team while being a hands-on producer Review and manage daily reporting Responsible for tracking and managing daily transactions Work closely with all departments in both accounting and operational capacity Work closely with customers and carriers Perform analysis on various areas of the department Assist in both internal and external audits Responsible for cross training and documenting all procedures within your area PAY RANGE: CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.

For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.

Pay Range: $67,086 – $111,634
