Location: Atlanta, GA (Southeast) 
Salary: $90k-$125k 
Requirements: 5+ years experience in Commercial Construction as a Superintendent

What You Will Be Doing - Review and understand fully contract requirements to the Owner, drawings, specifications, subcontractor scopes of work, and other documents to establish the scope of work.
- Orchestrate a plan from the beginning of construction to completion of the project including accurately coordinating project construction activities for scheduling purposes.
- advise the Project Manager of circumstances and issues that will have a significant impact on the project schedule.
- Work with the Project Team, and track job progress and job costs (Time and Material work).
- Document issues and problems that have developed along with the identification of the person(s) responsible for their resolution.
- Establish effective working relationships with the Owner, Owners Rep, Building Manager, Building Engineer, foremen, and subcontractors.
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years of experience in Commercial Projects (GC)
- Extensive knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and safety procedures. 
- OSHA 30
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
