Responsibilities
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget• Coordinate with owners, architects, and designers• Develop and maintain project schedules• Provide progress reports to stakeholders and senior management• Ensure work is completed in compliance with safety and quality standards• Manage on-site personnel and ensure proper training and safety protocols• Maintain an organized and safe job site• Travel to project sites across the country• Other assigned duties
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a superintendent• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools• Excellent project management skills• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work effectively with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software• Willingness to travel to project sites across the country• OSHA 30 certification preferred
