Location: Remote with travel Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000 + performance-based bonus (paid in December) + punch list bonus (for specific projects)

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to oversee projects efficiently while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Travel Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating with design teams, contractors, and clients across different geographical areas, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Lead and oversee interior design projects for commercial buildings across multiple locations. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met. Conduct site visits and inspections at various project locations to monitor progress and quality. Address any issues or challenges that arise during project execution promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards across all project sites. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals. Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the projects. Provide regular updates and reports on project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders. Travel to project sites as needed to oversee operations and resolve any on-site issues.
