The Challenge
We are looking for an experienced transportation worker to join our Davidson County Maintenance team.

?You will be subject to outside extreme environmental conditions, in addition to hazards at highway construction sites, including heavy equipment and highway traffic.
?An inmate card approved by the NC Department of Public Safety must be issued to NCDOT employees to transport inmates. In order to obtain an inmate card you must undergo a criminal history check, complete necessary training and orientation, and be at least 21 years old.
?We will conduct a pre-employment criminal history check, drug test, and check with your employers over the past 3 years for alcohol/drug abuse.
