My client is a local multidisciplinary civil engineering firm looking to add a Transportation Project Manager/Professional Engineer to their family-like team! They work on projects of all sizes and manage them in a professional and timely fashion. They are known for having well established roots, an incredible work environment and strong learning culture.Transportation Project Manager/Professional Engineer Responsibilities:Conduct engineering analysis, formulate designs, and strategize production for transportation engineering projects, including roads, highways, drainage systems, erosion mitigation, and traffic management.Create job specifications and contractual documents intended for the purpose of soliciting bidsPerform quantity calculations and estimate construction costsUtilize skills to produce outcomes and oversee projects to guarantee their fulfillment according to defined parameters and within the designated timelineAssist the Market Lead in achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) objectives.Efficiently convey project objectives, risks, and specifications to clients and the project teamCreate and uphold client connections with both new and established clienteleTransportation Project Manager/Professional Engineer Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering8+ years in transportation designKnowledge in engineering principles & proceduresKnowledge in MicroStation, Open Roads and/or Autodesk, Civil 3D, & Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge in design standards - AASHTO, MUTCD, & APWAExcellent time management, organizational & problem solving skills, very detail-oriented, and proven leadership skillsWhat this company offers:Well above market compensationOutstanding benefits programA chance to work on a wide range of projectsA company who prioritizes growth within the company and promoting withinGreat company culture and staff**ALL CONVERSATIONS ARE STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL**To be considered, please apply with a resume.
