Training Coordinator/Trainer

Contract - EPIC EHR Trainer Scottsdale, AZ 
Dates Needed: June 2024 – September 2024
Description: We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator/Trainer with healthcare industry expertise and specific experience with Epic EHR systems (MUST HAVE Ambulatory module experience) to assist in the training for new hire onboarding including training documentation creation in coordination with the implementation of a new EHR system. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that new hires are effectively onboarded and trained to utilize the new EHR system in alignment with organizational goals and standards.
Responsibilities:  Onboarding Training Development Collaboration with Departmental Managers Create and Maintain Training Documentation Serve as resource for New Hires and Department Managers Qualifications:  Experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations Proficiency in Epic EHR systems Proven track record in developing training materials Certification in Epic applications (desired but not required).
