Kwik Trip Inc.'s Human Resources (Talent Operations) Department is growing! We are seeking a full time  Training Coordinator. This is an on-site role that will support business operations by promoting Kwik Trip's culture during onboarding and New Coworker Orientation, as well as evaluating and providing ongoing suggestions and enhancements to training, engagement, appreciation, overall experience, and any other retention initiatives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage all aspects of New Coworker Orientation within the Support Center Support other development/interaction opportunities Present and engage with numerous and diverse new hires during weekly classes and workshops Create and maintain awareness, schedules, attendance, and completion of trainings within the LMS Coordinate the logistics of all training offerings Provide ongoing follow through with new hires for process completion and feedback Provide any other support as needed to Support Center Instructional Designers/Trainers Conduct evaluation of experience and/or business processes for purposes of identifying and executing on improvement initiatives, business growth, and strategic goals Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to gather insights, align strategies, and ensure a cohesive and holistic approach between experience initiatives and those of other teams and/or the company Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Training, Development and/or commensurate experience Minimum 2-4 years' experience in public speaking, engagement, development, identifying trends, ideation and overseeing larger scale projects Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suites, Camtasia, and/or other digital training/graphic design platforms Solid understanding of HR concepts, holistic goals, and coworker audience Understanding of knowledge creation and presentation best practices Excellent oral and written communication skills Detail orientated Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple projects and responsibilities Ability to maintain confidential information Must live in or be willing to relocate to the La Crosse, WI area Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
