Training And Communications Specialist

This is a temporary role through Magnit for a leading technology company in the world. This role is FULLY onsite in Minneapolis, MN. Job Title: Training and Communications Specialist IC-4 Overview :
We are actively seeking a Training and Communication Specialist contractor to join our Measurement and Insights Portfolio Team.  In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless release processes and impactful training initiatives within the marketing organization.  From crafting compelling training materials to facilitating communications, your contributions will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of release cycles and enablement of Tableau, Power-BI, and methodology adoption.   Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will effectively engage stakeholders and spearhead initiatives to address evolving business needs.  
Key Responsibilities: ?  Ensure comprehensive overviews and release notes accompany major releases, promptly delivered to end users.
?  Reliably deliver alerts and general communications to relevant stakeholders.
?  Craft engaging training collateral, including written and video documentation.
?  Collaborate with the Marketing Learning team to enhance the Onboarding Curriculum.
?  Execute and coordinate resources for training sessions effectively.
?  Manage SharePoint to maintain organization and promptly update with relevant releases and announcements.  
Qualifications: ?  Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
?  Proven experience in project coordination, training, or release management.
?  Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
?  Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
?  Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
?  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
?  Experience with SharePoint management and video editing is advantageous.  
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation) The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $60-$80/hour W-2.
