Tournament Director / Staff Coach

The Fredericksburg Soccer Club Incorporated (FSCI), a youth soccer club based in Fredericksburg, VA, has an opening for a Tournament Director.  FSCI offers a travel program, futures program, rec academy program, and training programs. 
Tournament Director :  One full-time position available.  The Tournament Director will lead the tournament operations and coach teams.
Essential Job Functions include but not limited to:
Develop marketing plans for tournaments. Contact teams and clubs primarily by phone and email. Prepare budgets for each tournament. Coordinate with vendors, referee assignor, and field authorities Prepare tournament schedules. Provide customer service to teams, coaches, directors at clubs Develop and implement logistics plan for the tournament event Support event logistics for camps, training, practices, etc. Coach teams in our futures or travel program. Requirements for the Position:
Hold at least a USSF D License or related NSCAA equivalent license. Ability to sell and market a product. Strong work ethic and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written. Excellent IT/computer skills
