Here's what you'll do: Operate and maintain various warehouse equipment, configuring, loading, and optimizing them for maximum efficiency. Help in all aspects, such as material handling, forklift operations, and of course, machine operating. Inspect products meticulously to ensure they meet our rigorous standards. Perform routine maintenance, clean, lubricate, and troubleshoot any machinery hiccups. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate clearly to keep production flowing seamlessly. Adapt to new tasks and solve problems logically when unexpected situations arise. Meet deadlines, even if it means putting in some extra effort (we compensate handsomely!). SHIFT: 6:00am - 2:30pm CST What makes you the perfect fit? 2+ years of experience operating machinery in a production setting (forklift experience a plus). A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality . Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Problem-solving prowess and the ability to think on your feet. High school diploma or GED and basic computer skills. (Bonus points for 3+ years of production experience!)
