Tools Customer Service Trainee

The position of Tools Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support under the leadership of the Tools Tech Manager.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with our sales team and clients, providing information about our products, addressing inquiries, and resolving issuesPossess a passion for interpersonal communication and effective technological aptitudeRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channelsProvide accurate product information and assist customers in selecting appropriate tools and equipment for their needsProcess orders, quotes, and returns efficiently and accuratelyResolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and effective mannerCollaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in achieving sales targetsMaintain updated knowledge of our product offerings and industry trendsEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship-buildingAssist in the development of customer service processes and proceduresMinimum Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPatience and ability to handle challenging situations with empathyDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business, communications, or related fieldProven experience in customer service, preferably in tools or related industryAdditional education or training in customer service or the jewelry industry
