Tool And Die Maker

At OHR Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our team. As a Tool and Die Maker, you will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and maintaining various types of tools and dies used in the manufacturing process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for precision machining.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to determine specifications Set up and operate various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to fabricate parts Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy of dimensions Inspect finished tools and dies for quality and conformance to specifications Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues Maintain and repair existing tooling equipment as needed Program CNC machines for tooling production Utilize knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles Requirements Requirements:
