Tool And Die Design Engineer-Thin Metal Progressive Die Experience

One of my best clients is experiencing strong growth and seeking a Die/Tooling Design Engineer. Who would you see as valuable in this role? Perhaps yourself?
A bit about the company:
They are an over 50+ year, stable recession, recession-durable, full-service manufacturing organization for precision tooling and production stamping. Their clients reside in stamping for the automotive, aerospace, telecommunications, consumer electronics, and medical. Think connectors, pins, harnesses, terminals, jacks, PCM, etc.
* They are known for their team's competence in tool and die-making, including the design, fabrication, and conditioning of dies and tooling in steel, carbide, and other materials.

Qualifications:
* Experience with manufacturing, tooling, and dies. Thin metal progressive die experience or very similar required
* Prototyping, low and high volume. Stamping dies, bandolier dies, assembly dies, compound dies,
* Exposure to CNC, grinders, and mills.
* AutoCAD, Visionael or Solidworks
