D.R. Horton, Inc. is looking for a TM1 Planning Analytics Architect.The candidate will design and implement financial planning solutions using TM1.The role requires collaboration with development teams and operation engineering teams.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with development teams and operation engineering teams to establish a full development lifecycle• Collaborate with business users, development teams, and operation engineering teams to tackle business requirements and deliver against high operational standards• Interface with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources• Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for customers• Dive deep to resolve problems at their root, looking for failure patterns and suggesting fixes• Architect financial solutions with a mindset of using all technologies that are at your disposal• Build and enhance software to extend system, application, or tool functionality to improve business processes and meet end user needs• Diagnose and resolve operational issues, perform detailed root cause analysis, respond to suggestions for enhancements, and create detailed recommendations for solutions• Identify process improvement opportunities to drive innovation• May work with users or Business Analysts to determine requirements and design for systems
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED• 7+ years of relevant IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics experience• TM1 technical skills: Rules and TurboIntegrator coding, security setup, report development, and maintenance• Experience using source code control with TM1• Experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server• Experience with data warehousing and building ETL pipelines• Corporate finance experience exhibiting knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting functions• Excellent verbal, written communication, and listening skills• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment• Excellent customer service relationship skills• Ability to apply technical skills to implement high-quality solutions• Ability to solve difficult problems and generate effective solutions through analysis• Advanced MS Excel skills• Proficiency with MS Office and email• Must be able to sit for majority of workday and have specific vision abilities• Preferred qualification: Bachelor's degree and experience in full life-cycle development environment
