Responsibilities
• Investigate allegations of harassment, discrimination, sexual misconduct, and retaliation• Collect sensitive and confidential information and documentation• Prepare written investigative summaries and reports• Develop collaborative relationships with campus and community partners• Provide timely reports and updates to the Director• Develop expertise in Civil Rights and discrimination laws• Conduct intake interviews with individuals who are pregnant or new parents• Collaborate with campus partners to identify accommodations• Maintain records of pregnancy and pregnancy-related modifications• Assist with training programs related to federal and state laws
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field• Three to five years of full-time verifiable relevant work experience• Knowledge of Title IX, Title VII, Title VI, ADA, and federal civil rights laws• Experience conducting complex legal analysis and producing high-quality written work• Familiarity with witness interviews and investigation techniques• Ability to organize and prioritize work under time constraints• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information ethically• Ability to demonstrate sensitivity and respect for individual needs
