Job Summary:
As a Client Experience Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth operation of real estate transactions, managing non-licensed aspects from contract to close. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a positive journey for our agents, clients, and all stakeholders involved. From Arizona to Utah, you'll support various markets, bringing your expertise and passion for service to every interaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks to support real estate agents, ensuring timely and accurate completion of transactions.
- Collaborate closely with agent services and other parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
- Organize transaction details efficiently in relevant systems, providing regular updates to all involved parties.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agents and clients throughout the closing process, facilitating clear communication and document collection.
- Coordinate home inspections, appraisals, and closings, ensuring smooth scheduling and execution.
- Maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders, prioritizing exceptional service and a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination.
