Responsibilities
• Processes Craft time for large domestic entities with weekly, bi-weekly and monthly pay cycles• Coordinates craft recruitment, hiring, employee orientation, and terminations• Collects or coordinates timesheet collection and entry for professionals and craft personnel• Processes craft personnel transactions and coordinates weekly craft payroll• Handles retroactive calculations and payments for assigned entities• Reviews various timekeeping and payroll reports and coordinates reports for auditors• Participates in activities with user-testing in support of system updates and upgrades• Audits current processes for cost-effectiveness and implements improvements
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience• 2+ years related experience• Knowledge of payroll taxes and regulations• Knowledge of Payroll Systems• Knowledge of administrative policies and procedures• Knowledge of employment law, FMLA, ADA• Knowledge of time reporting policies and procedures• Knowledge of expense reporting policies and procedures• Knowledge of electronic file storage system• Accounting skills
