THE GROVE + FLOURISH PROJECT MANAGER Passion City Church // The Grove + Flourish
OBJECTIVE Help carry the banner of our Grove Team through the day-to-day coordination of Grove events, projects, ideas, and deadlines. Assist the Director of The Grove + Flourish in executing the overall vision of The Grove while being masterful and bringing beauty to the details. This role will strategically support the growth of the overall Grove calling within our Passion family to our House, our city, and the world.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assists The Director of The Grove + Flourish in developing, advancing, and managing projects and processes Coordinates The Grove + Flourish programs and events, ensuring logistical management of all areas Serves as a liaison between The Grove + Flourish Teams and Passion City Church extended teams, positively collaborating with projects and events Coordinates internal resources and third-party vendors and contractors for the execution of projects Manages logistics for Grove gatherings in partnership with PCC Experience and Operations Teams, liaising with PCC teams as needed Manage hosting and logistics for The Grove's special guests under the direction of the Director of The Grove + Flourish Monitor and track all Grove Calendar details around personnel (Staff Team, Leadership Team, and Friends of The Grove), including but not limited to both work and marriage anniversaries, birthdays, meetings, life milestones, etc Schedule and request all PCC meeting spaces for Grove events Assist the Director of The Grove + Flourish in maintaining Grove protocols and procedures Ensures that all projects are managed on time, within scope, and within budget Represent The Grove Team in all Calendar Meetings, ensuring Grove dates are communicated and added to all calendars Ensures resource availability and allocation Develops detailed project plans to track progress Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation Manage The Grove email correspondence, including but not limited to The Grove email, voicemails, and requests from other churches Supports The Director of The Grove + Flourish with miscellaneous tasks such as scheduling, organizing, supporting the team, and performing administrative tasks This job description in no way states or implies that the ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES are the only responsibilities of this position. WORK SCHEDULE Monday-Friday 9a- 5pm, with flexibility and flex time succeeding events, as needed.
